We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations

No shows or same day cancellations that are less than 4 hours of your appointment time,  50%  of the service will be charged . For Gift Certificates, 50% of the service value will be redeemed.
Tax not included and will be collect at time of service 

If you show up for an appointment and are sick or getting over a sickness, or show signes of severe allergies, this includes but not limited to coughing,sneezing, congestion, you will be refused service and will be charged to re-book an appointment. **NOTE: it is normal that we sometimes cough to clear our throats or sneeze. Allergies are very common and can cause symptoms similar to a cold or flu. It will be at the discretion of the service provider to choose to do a service if symptoms appear unusual or more severe than just normal allergies due to pollen, etc.
